Rob Weir is a respected baseball official, educator, and event operations leader who has helped shape amateur and collegiate umpiring across the Pacific Northwest. As Director of Umpires and Event Coordinator for West Coast Premier Tournaments, Rob oversees hundreds of officials each year, manages large multi-state events, and leads one of the region’s top umpire development programs.

Known for his blend of structure, mentorship, and humor, Rob brings military-style precision and a teacher’s heart to every game. His focus on accountability, integrity, and professional growth ensures that every umpire under his guidance not only performs on the field but continues to develop from it.

Through innovative training methods — including the New Umpire Development Course and Trackman-based evaluations — Rob continues to elevate the standard of officiating and build a community among officials throughout the Northwest.

Trevor Bell is a respected baseball official and umpire assignor who has played a key role in improving the conditions and professionalism of amateur umpiring throughout the Pacific Northwest. With nearly 30 years of on-field experience and more than a decade of assigning, Trevor brings deep knowledge, thoughtful innovation, and strong organizational leadership to every crew and event.

Known for his insight into the game and commitment to officials, Trevor focuses on fair assignments, clear communication, and creating opportunities for umpires to grow and succeed at all levels.

As a youth sports umpire and game assigner, Tone brings a wealth of experience across basketball, baseball, football, softball, and soccer. Over the years, he’s worn just about every hat in the game — from high school coach to official,  board member, and  tournament director. His deep understanding of both the player and organizational sides of youth sports gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to run smooth, fair, and fun competitions.  

Tone has spent the past several years assigning officials and umpires for leagues and tournaments, ensuring that every game is staffed with qualified, reliable professionals who share his commitment to integrity and sportsmanship. His leadership style is approachable and community-driven, always focused on creating positive experiences for athletes, parents, and officials alike.  

Tone believes that youth sports are about more than wins and losses — they’re about building character, teamwork, and lifelong memories. Whether he’s coordinating a weekend tournament or mentoring new officials, his goal is to make every game an opportunity for growth and connection.  

Karen Walling is the heartbeat of OG Sports events, leading both umpire coordination and onsite operations with precision and professionalism. She manages game-day logistics, staff scheduling, and umpire assignments while ensuring every venue runs smoothly from the first pitch to the final award.

Known for her calm leadership and sharp attention to detail, Karen keeps tournaments organized, officials supported, and games on schedule. Her dedication ensures that players, coaches, and families enjoy a seamless experience every weekend.
